Dice potatoes, onion, chicken chorizo sausage, and jalapeños. Sauté in oil or butter until potatoes are done. Make a well, crack an egg and cook until egg whites are done. Garnish with chopped cilantro, tomatoes & your Pink Stone Chili.

Marinade
1- lbs Flap meat steak diced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon chipotle’s in adobo sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper/cumin
Cook on high until meat is medium rare
Red Cabbage, lime, pinch of salt
Yogurt topping:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt & 1/2 lime
1 1/2 teaspoons Pink Stone Chili hot sauce
2- lbs chuck roast steak
1- can fire roasted diced tomatoes
3-4 chipotle chili’s in adobo sauce chopped
1- large russet potato peeled & cubed
1- teaspoon salt
Throw all in a crockpot on high until pulls apart with fork. About 4 hours.
Serve over rice or a bed of chopped lettuce and garnish with avocado, diced onion, plain Greek yogurt, cilantro & of course, your Pink Stone Chili!
